I don't like salmon, I don't like salmon. but because my server frederick recommended it with such a conviction, I ordered the salmon. I'm so glad I listened to him. it was delicious! perfectly seasoned, on a tasteful spinat bed. I would have been happy with about half the amount of cream sauce, but this is split-up haare. I went against the grain and paired my fish with a malbec that was delicious. the Siegerfinish was a crème brothe, so smooth creamy, the vanilla bean came through easily. frederick's excellent service was the cherry top. I'm back in a definitiw.

amazing service! even better eating! the suppers are to die, and they can prepare a court as no other. perfect place for a romantic dinner, special night or nightcap with friends. shows me my favorite place in madison.
