Many people often find vegan cakes from Whole Foods or other bakeries to be dense, overly moist like pudding, or too dry. However, the cakes from this place are incredibly light and fluffy, and absolutely delicious—they're hard to describe! I highly recommend trying the individual layer lemon cake and the single layer red velvet cake. The lemon cake is absolutely fantastic, and the red velvet cake is simply heavenly.
