Vapiano Toulon Pasta Pizza

VAPIANO wanted to be Italian but it was a failure in terms of decorum: too impersonal, bland. There is no restaurant service, everything is done by QR code: we have removed the human element from the restaurant. If I had known that we only served samples, I would have gone elsewhere: small plate for the main course (rice with mushrooms), the rice was undercooked and yet we waited almost forty-five minutes to be served. Desserts should be avoided: chocolate mousse, not homemade, or pistachio tiramisu. I am really disappointed.

We didn't eat, only had a drink. A filthy piña colada that doesn't taste like rum, pineapple or coconut, and a zero Coke served with a very small glass. The waiter didn't even say hello, and the glasses arrived after 15 minutes even though there was no one at the table. Additionally, the waiter doesn't even serve the drinks with a tray, hence the beautiful fingerprints on the small glass. I hope the food saves the rest. Service: Dine in

This is the 2nd time we have come, delicious pizza and pasta dish. We really enjoyed the cheesecake prepared by the friendly young waiter. The only thing we have to deplore is the flash code menu. We find it too complicated compared to the menu card (we can at least talk with the waiter). Vegetarian options: There are salads, meatless pastas, also meatless pizzas. Service: Dine in
