Verona - Reserva de mesa

My wife and I used to frequent Verona Ristorante quite often years ago but stopped after they parted ways with our favorite bartender. Anyway, this past Tuesday, I had an appointment in Lindenhurst and she had one in Melville so we decided to meet for lunch and chose Verona. I got there first and was greeted promptly by Oscar, a very delightful young man who was welcoming, extremely friendly, and easy to speak with. Today I wanted to celebrate my mothers birthday. I experienced the worst display of customer service I have ever encountered in my life. My family and I wasn’t greeted, questions about the menu was frowned upon and in general the staff made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. The host was the major problem. I have never felt service to be so rude before. Today was supposed to be a special day and I couldn’t anticipate being rushed and receive such bad service. Such a bad tasting in my mouth.

Wife and I went for dinner, it's a very nice place, the food was very good and tasty! We did the dinner special, and the ad said complimentary drink, which our server said it was no longer available. Why print the ad and not honor it? But I would go back because the food was really good

It has nothing to do with Italian food. It’s very American style… the size of the meals is big so it makes up the lack of taste. A fly was trying to share my food. It seems like the fly likes the food here more… I will keep exploring nice food in Long Island… Reserva una mesa ahora

Verona Ristorante had great service and very friendly staff. They took the time to help with an important get together with friends and made our experience memorable. Large restaurant with plenty of space and dedicated staff. Thanks again.

For the first time I visited this restaurant I give it five stars for the attention the number one food has the best authorized work staff the best food and above all And the owner is a very good person thanks Mike

The food and service was excellent. The only issue I had was that we were in a tent and it was very windy. They had a lot of heaters going but it was still very uncomfortable as we were all very cold.
