My wife and I came across this place while seeking a dinner location in old Geneva town. A little off the main square with the more touristy standard fare, this was a great find for one to try local wines (which Geneva has many fine...ones and have a decent bite. It's small and cozy with many regulars obviously attending. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the food very decent if basic (not in a bad way, just one gets what one orders which is nice too! All up, we paid 63 CHF for 3 glasses of local wines and two mains (Caesar with chicken and a tasty vege pasta a decent price for one of the more expensive cities in the world... will definitely go back next time we're in town.

The restaurant is on the pricier side but the food is very delicious. I got the Highlander which is a tomato cream based sauce with smoke salmon. The salmon complimented the creaminess of the sauce quite well. The wife for the Tartufo which was tuffle...oil sauce with toasted almonds and fresh basil. It seemed like a very simple dish but the flavors were very intense and delectable. I recommend this place!

A nice little café book shop, a Literary café . The atmosphere is great for a tea or coffee and the terrace is is the shade with a bit of wind in Summer. Slatkine is actually one of the remaining local editors of books in Geneva, with an emphasis on local talent and quality prints. Definitely worth browsing through the collection on your way to the loo ;

Cute place and nice for a drink or coffee. However the food is terrible. Ordered a cheese quiche which had raw soggy pastry and a thin greasy topping that slid off the uncooked case for 15 chf I would expect a little better. Croque monsieur was actually just a basic cheese and ham toastie. Friendly staff but didn't offer an apology for the quiche. Reserva una mesa ahora

Très petit, très plein avec des serveuses qui ne se préoccupent pas trop des nouveaux clients. Heureusement nous sommes venus pour des dédicaces que nous avons eu. Les sourires des auteurs ont été les seuls que nous avons eu. Aucun avis sur la carte et les prix etant donner que l'on n'y a pas eu acces.

Very exquisite and comfortable small restaurant, make me impressive, moderate meals, fast and friendly service, but unfortunately some of the meals have been sold out, Love to visit again next time.

Nous sommes venus boire un verre et manger une planche de charcuteries fromages en milieu d'après midi. La qualité est au rendez vous et le service au top. La petite terrasse est très agréable.

I like this place a lot, it’s spacious and calm. Great place to meet friends or read a book.
