Vue Bar - Reservar una mesa

I had been to Vue Bar once previously around 18 months ago and found it to have great service and enjoyed our cocktails. So when we headed there once again I was looking forward to a similar experience. Unfortunately, it was not. Our order was taken fairly quickly - we chose some oysters and two ****** Mary cocktails. Our friends had ordered their drinks (a beer and a cocktail) about 10 minutes before we got there.  After maybe 10 minutes, a beer arrived and a cocktail 5 minutes later. The oysters arrived reasonably quickly, and were fresh, but the dressing was not overly exciting. We were waiting at least 20 minutes and our drinks still had not arrived. A Thursday night, no reservation, we rocked up about 7pm and were lucky to get a table for three on one of the high tables. Because of this, it was a smidge cramped, both the seating and when the food came out. But basically, if you're wanting a Sydney experience (particularly for out-of-towners), it really is a spectacular thing to be out on a balcony, overlooking Bondi, on a summer evening (and on a Thursday night you can watch the Bondi Icebergs pool being refilled by the ocean). Both servers had their hands full, having to take care of the whole balcony, and were charming and efficient. The food was fine, though don't get your hopes up for fine dining. Increíble de nuevo Gran comida y servicio El restaurante estaba muy ocupado con una lista de espera, me senté en el bar para una bebida y luego se sentó inmediatamente tan pronto como una mesa estaba disponible. Reservaría la próxima vez para evitar la decepción. Sugerencia Pruebe las vieiras arrugadas de Prosciuttone increíble y ordenan un poco de pan para la asombrosa salsa. Definitivamente regresará :-) pequeña

El personal estaba bien, la pizza que pedimos era tan pequeña para los 20 dólares que la cuesta. Fue bueno, pero no especial. Demasiado caro, pero bonita vista de Bondi Beach.
