One of the only saving graces of this location is Alexia. After I paid for my order, the line cooks realized they didn't have an item. They offered a comparable substitute, but it was something I wasn't able to eat. I was able to change my order. The frosty machine wasn't working properly so I was able to change to a soda. These changes made my total less than the original amount I paid. Alexia got the manager to handle the refund. The manager was being really difficult about the refund. He didn't properly know how to do it and started asking Alexia how even though she's not a manager. The manager Shuntil Rhodes brought our food to us at the table, she checked on us after to make sure everything was okay and to our liking which the food was really good and the fries were fresh. She was very respectful and polite and even made our kids feel welcomed. The cashier that took our order was very respectful and polite as well. Definitely will be going back.

Dirtiest bathroom ever. Staff goofing off and not a soul in the restaurant but long line at the drive through. How hard is it to keep paper towels stocked in the restroom? Disgraceful experience.

Rolled up at 12:40am. No answer at drive thru. Both employees left at 12:43am. 17 mins before close.
