Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

I had a concerning experience at this location. I was charged twice for a single hamburger. After reviewing my bank statement, I called and spoke with the manager about it. I remembered that I only ordered one burger during my lunch visit, yet I found two charges on the same day and at the same time. Before I could fully explain my situation, the manager mentioned that the cashier had mistakenly charged me for both my order and the person behind me. This meant that someone else ended up paying for their food. However, the manager insisted that I should check my bank statement to see how much I was charged.

The manager who works lunch shifts during the week is consistently attentive and has a great attitude. Plus, they’re quite attractive! More people should strive to emulate that. The food is always top-notch and served quickly. It’s one of the few places I’ll visit, even when they're busy, because I know they'll get me in and out without delay. Keep up the great work, everyone!

OMG! This has to be the slowest Wendy's drive-thru in the entire middle of the state. It's frustrating when a drive-thru, which is supposed to be quicker than dining in, ends up being so slow. Food rating: 3/5.

The restaurant was clean and had friendly service. The food was delicious, and the place was well-maintained. I will definitely be returning.
