If you want a warranty, well I can guarantee that 1 out of 3 orders are wrong. Management lacks the training of its employees. I get a reception sometimes. In the past, I let someone know that my order was wrong. Now it's just annoying. Wendy doesn't have to apologize.
The drive thru took much longer than I thought it would have been the only one in the drive-thru line for me. I ordered a medium #1 will have sweet tea. The tea had very little sugar in it. The hamburger meat was also cold.
The woman at the drive thru slammed the window in my face as I was trying to ask for ketchup. When she finally opened it, the ketchup packets were sticky, and the lady was rude. The meat didn't even fill the bread.
