on the other day during the lunch hour at this whataburger stopped and ordered a double BBQ bacon burger with extra patty and extra cheese. I have opened my order and the burger to add salt and pepper. the two lower pattys were smaller and not as fresh looking as the upper patty. I ate it and it wasn't better than it looked. I started to leave a bad review, then decided to inform the manager before booking of the security of anonymity. I don't see the point of complaining of the world and not give to the people who have the opportunity to learn from the mistake. So I went back and asked me to talk to the manager. she was most apologetic and offered me another burger I rejected. she insisted...

the night teams are super sweet and respectful. they will make sure they eat for the first time and make sure everything is fresh. I had problems at another place, but this is by far my favorite so far!

Yuck. Slow service. Stupid cashier. Cold fries and hamburger, and the hamburgers tasted like cardboard. I won't be going back to this location.
