I dont like to give bad reviews. But as a consumer I am a firm believer that if you are paying $14 (after tax) for a cup of coffee and an omelet there must be at least a minimum expectation for quality. when you order...the omelette and tell them do not over cook it but when it comes to your table like someone had taken a torch to it, is just unacceptable. When you order vegetable omelette and you can tell they didn't feel like or took the time to dice the vegetables and they are in HUGE chunks, its unacceptable. when you pay the money I paid for a basic vegetable omelet and you can taste Molded green peppers and mushed up tomatoes you get so frustrated and ANGRY because it becomes obvious t...

On June 29, 2019, we revisited Wimpy’s after first dining there about 7 years ago. We enjoyed our meal then and were pleased to find that we enjoyed it again this time. My dining companion ordered the Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich and was impressed by the tender and moist chicken, a rare find in a thin, breaded, deep-fried dish. I opted for the Chicken Shish Kabob with a side of Greek Salad. Although it seemed to be cooked on a flattop instead of a grill (there were no skewer holes in the meat), the dish was still tender and flavorful. I went to this restaurant tonight to get takeout and I was impressed with the service. The place was very clean and you could tell by the smell that the tables were well maintained. The decor was cute and gave off an old-school diner vibe. I ordered the veggie burger, which was huge and priced at $7. It was delicious and I appreciated that they added plenty of ketchup, mayo, and tomatoes without me having to ask. They didn't skimp on the toppings, which was great. The burger came on a nice bun as well. I would definitely consider returning, as they have a large menu and I was surprised to see that they offer all-day breakfast until midnight. Amazing!

I often go out for breakfast in the area and enjoy the wimpy's on Bayview in Richmond hill. I thought I would try this location for a change since I've moved closer to this area. First time I went the service was satisfactory. Not great...but ok. This second time the waitress was completely rude. I really don't like to say this but I felt she was racist as well. Something off about the her . The cook in the kitchen seemed rude as well. This is a decent chain but this location is badly run and poorly staffed. Too bad for them . I had the southwest vulture benedict and it was fabulous the grilled tomaten were amazing kartoffels were perfect and the service was as extraordinary as I had heard the whole time I had eaten. She was so attentive and helpful that I did not have such a service in years and I regularly look around the world.

We were looking for a hearty breakfast. We were there at 9:50 so were able to get one of the before 10 a.m. specials. French toast, eggs and bacon; eggs, sausage, home fries, toast we both enjoyed but did not rave about our respective...meals. But the coffee, mmm, the coffee was terrific.

huge menu with something for everyone. full day breakfast and delicious burger. it was hard for all of us to decide what to eat because there are so many possibilities. our waitress was very friendly. I will return when I am in the opposite.
