Overrated. I'm frustrated that I spent my money here. I entered the store at 9:15 and placed my order online. They were busy but not overly so. By around 9:50, I finally received my meal and drove home for 10 minutes. Once I arrived, I found that all my fries were cold, my wings were overcooked, and they were quite small. I also noticed that I was missing two wings; I ordered a 10-piece but only got 8. The fries, if they had been hot, would have been great, but they were just small cut pieces. On the bright side, the ranch sauce was excellent. Overall, I would give it a 5/10; it was pretty mediocre. I won't be returning. St. Louis has much better options. The service at Wingstop was disappointing! I placed an order for 7:30 and went to pick it up. Initially, there was a 15-minute delay, which seemed reasonable given how busy the store was, but by 8:10, our order was still not ready. Other orders placed after ours were completed before us, indicating they were prioritizing those. When we inquired about our order, the staff repeatedly promised “5 more minutes” and had a dismissive attitude. One employee we asked to check on our order never returned.
