This Chinese restaurant is the worst I've ever been to. We paid £45 for a mixed hors d'oeuvres platter with no dips. The satay sauce was solid and white like jelly. The chicken curry had congealed sauce and the chicken did not seem real. The prawn toast was oily and the ribs were very dry. The spring rolls had nothing inside them, the salt chilli prawns were overcooked and rubbery, and the pork dumplings were swimming in vinegar. The beef in black bean sauce was tough like leather, and the satay chicken was soggy and tasteless. The only decent items were the rice and sweet and sour sauce. We ended up ordering Indian food instead. Do not waste your money here.

The customer service at this restaurant is atrocious. When I asked about the status of my order an hour after the latest expected delivery time, they initially said it was 15 minutes away. But when I called again 20 minutes later, they claimed it would be another 10 minutes, even though we were only 2 minutes down the road. The chicken balls I received were cold, pink, and dripping with oil - absolutely disgusting. My friend even got sick multiple times. When I requested a refund, they told me I had to go through Uber Eats and then abruptly hung up. Stay away from this place at all costs.

my partner and I order chow from here quite regularly. I've read some bad reviews, but I've never experienced eating being delivered late. I have not tried many dishes from here, but I tend to get the salt and pfeffer tofu and my partner will get the ribs next to our noodles.

I have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for many years now, typically once a week. The service has always been excellent, and even my very picky wife has never had any complaints. Orders are usually ready in 10-15 minutes.

we order from here probably about once in the month consistency good food, and unfinished fast service always really fast on the phones, and ready for collection in 10 minutes. Thank you.
