I came in with a party of five and politely requested a more private seating area after already being seated since we are a Muslim family with young children. The server agreed and even moved the tables for us. However, shortly after we were seated, the manager approached us in a very passive-aggressive and rude manner, asking why we moved the tables — even though their own staff had done it with no issue. Falsely Accused and Disrespected — Completely Unacceptable We drove five hours to dine at Xin Chào, a place we’ve visited for years, and were shocked by the treatment we received. After politely asking to move tables for comfort, two female servers assisted us. We had an amazing lunch here a couple days ago. Great customer service from staff, it wasn't busy for a Friday afternoon. The pho and lemongrass chicken were tasty, fulfilling and the portions were more than enough. This place also offers halal and vegetarian options!
