Yuki Ramen Taki Sushi Highland

So glad to find this spot in Denver when traveling here. Came here with my two boys and everyone loved it. Sushi was really great and the ramen was outstanding as well. Tonkotsu broth tasted phenomenal and some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. Ramen egg was perfection. The only miss was the pork chasu, rather thin and chewy instead of a thick cut marinated melt in your mouth kind of pork belly. But I’d still get this ramen at least once a week if i lived close by, it’s authentic and superb. They even had a great Japanese IPA on hand. Thanks for the wonderful meal!

It's a really good place for sushi and katsu! The Tokyo roll, chicken katsu, karage, and gyoza all delicious! They had friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Some of the best sushi in Denver. On par with Sushi Den at half the price. Wonderful staff. Great ramen. Can’t recommend enough !

Nice ‘hidden’ Japanese restaurant at 32nd and Lowell. Tonkotsu Shio and Chicken broth ramen bowls. The broth was very delicious.

Lovely service. Fresh fish. Loved it. Will be back the next time I'm in the city!
