Great service. They didn’t have our booking when we arrived but it wasn’t a problem even though they were busy. Service throughout was great and the usual good quality value food from Zizzi. The waiter interacted really well with the kids.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. However, pizza and pasta were worse than pre-prepared ones you can buy from a supermarket. Toilet facilities require cleaning and regular checking (the smell was noticeable in the dining room!

They refused to seat us despite the booking claiming that they are fully booked. they had free tables though.
