Wir haben hier 4 Nächte mit unserem Hund verbracht. Als Willkommensgruß wurde unser 15 jähriger Jacky vom Hund der Besitzer in den Kopf gebissen. Hier ist also Vorsicht geboten. Zur Unterbringung selbst: Die Räumlichkeiten (Schlafzimmer, Stube und Bad) waren sauber und recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind nie wie zu Haus, daher zur Bewertung nicht geeignet. Die Duschgelegenheit ist sehr ungünstig, könnte vor allem zum Problem für große Menschen werden. Es ist nur eine Badewanne vorhanden, direkt drüber eine Dachschräge. Um das Bad nicht unter Wasser zu setzen, ist hier duschen im sitzen angesagt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft, das Buffet war sehr schön angerichte...
The Falkenstein-Ferienhütten are located just before the entrance of Ostrau above Bad Schandau. You can easily reach, whether with your own car or with the ÖPNV. Immediately next to the cottages are the restaurant. Hiking trails lead to the most beautiful corners of Saxon Switzerland. From Ostrau or Ostrauer Scheibe you can drive down to Bad Schandau with a historical passenger elevator.
Have spent our vacation here this year.I must say it is a very nice facility. Our cottage was very cozy it was all there big kitchen with sitting nice bathroom and the sleeping area was also great and the balcony with the great view of the shram stones. And the surroundings and the shramstones are really worth seeing all in all a top holiday.
A very beautiful complex in a quiet idyllic location. Beautiful view of the Falkenstein. The paths start right in front of the house. Well equipped cozy cabins. Ideal also for families with children. Very good value for money. Every friendly and competent staff. Great bread service, better the day cannot begin. Falkenstein Huts recommended!!

Located in the midst of a magnificent landscape, beautiful hiking trails from the front door. Very friendly staff. Apartment Uhu is clean, well maintained and well equipped. All available on site: cozy seating, playground, a nice restaurant and even a great swimming opportunity. Child-friendly and dog-friendly. We'll be back.
Came here following a long walk. Cafeteria style service. Owner friendly enough. Didn't eat so can't comment on food. Fine for a quick stop over.

Very nice stay, nice staff, lovingly furnished holiday home and very rewarding excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity. Up!

We felt very comfortable. Highlight: Terrace, pool and rooms overlooking the Falkenstein rocks.
Nice staff and you can eat very well after walking.
