Justo atrás del hotel Alcudia grandes pequeños adultos Hotel Food era bueno siempre algo para comer Room era limpio Personal siempre estuvo genial para ayudar con cada necesidad Nos íbamos muy temprano el día que íbamos de regreso a Inglaterra mucho antes de que la sala de comedor abrió el personal del hotel sabía que nos íbamos temprano y nos dejó un poco de agua de fruta y un sándwich para que pudiéramos comer algo en el camino al aeropuerto gritarles gracias por hacer eso para nosotros Funcionario del personal que hemos sabido por más de 20 años sí hemos estado yendo allí tanto tiempo porque amamos este hotel estaba fuera de mal que le deseamos bien Rafa y puede dios acelera su centro de recuperación
Este hotel fue increíble. La habitación era encantadora con balcón. Muy limpio y espacioso. La comida era muy buena, excelente y siempre servicial. Grita especial a Victor en recepción y María que trabajaba en bar junto a la piscina. Vacaciones tremendamente agradables y definitivamente volvería de nuevo
We are at Alcudia beach at moment Family of 4 , very clean hotel a bit dated maybe , pools are good always got a sun bed ok kids pool great , upgraded to all inclusive after 2 days , foods ok drinks good Bit limited on entertainment , great abba tribute last night but nothing tonight , as for out and about up the strip for cheap and cheerful entertainment or down by harbour for bit more up market
Our first holiday abroad we were told that there would be entertainment for kids nope there wasn't the entertainment at nite time was shocking we were ushered out the bar at night to be sat on uncomfortable seats the staff wasn't pleasant the food was shocking and the pool was freezing the sea was alot warmer oh and top it off were were bloody bit not once but several it was the beds I'm pretty sure the hole place needs updated I'll definitely would not go I u paid me with a free holiday there but on the good side alcudia is lovely town
This was our second stay at this hotel,the first was all inclusive ,this time we stayed breakfast only, (make up your own minds) we did not find the food had changed any from our previous stay, Although the hotel needs some updating it is clean and tidy ,and the staff are excellent,and will go to extremes to help, From the Manager to the cleaners ,we found every one so helpful,and friendly, we would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in ,as it is so central, for everything ,pool is good and the service second to none , reception staff are great.
i have recently returned from a 7 night stay all inclusive. the rooms were absolute disgusting there was mould in the kitchen and the plug sockets , mould in the shower room , holes in the walls , cracks in the walls , i had blood stains on my bedsheet aswell! as i thought things could not get any worse the food was raw they did not cater for brittish guests at all! they were actually serving fish for breakfast! i watched the chef pick flies out the food and throw them on the floor! we had to eat oput everyday and lift more moeny that we did not cater for would never recommend this hotel to anyone. the managers are very rude and close you down as soon as you go to them to complain! the only decent staff they had there was the receptionist sonia she was lovely and very welcoming.
Have just come back from a girls weekend away. We had a great time, the Hotel its self is very clean and tidy, the food is buffet style and so a bit hit and miss, we had some nice roast chicken and lamb salads, always a good spread as they say, but one day it was liver or kidneys erm no thanks. Go early as they don't always replenish the dishes after a while. However..... the staff I know they are just doing their jobs, but they were so grumpy, and they shut the meals area off, the strike of 10, 2, and 8.30pm and you have to go elsewhere to sit. They are very strict and should maybe just relax, my friend was still eating and they literally shut the blinds down and said go, leave now. They seemed not to be like this with everyone ? perhaps it was just us being English, but we certainly weren't made to feel welcome. The reception staff was nicest, and the night guard. Otherwise, they could all do with learning how to smile. Our suite was nice, two single beds, with 2 wardrobes and extra sofa space for 3/4 people, there was just 2 of us in our room. Bathroom good size and had hand wash soap, shower gel sachets, and towels. Bed comfy and also very clean. We also had a big balcony with table Chairs. Small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, hot plates to cook and saucepans etc too. The local area was ok, usual gift shops and supermarkets go buy water from there as 1 Euro for big bottles of water, small bottles in the hotel were 2 Euros. drinks wise, the wine was nice, the beer ok. cocktails were hot and miss. To be honest, you could do a lot worse than this and if you're not fused about the staff, then go ahead and book. But they could just cheer up is all.
We have just stayed at this hotel, all inclusive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a Studio apartment which was very clean and had all the utensils required. The room was cleaned for 5 days out of 7 but you are notified on arrival when the rooms would not be cleaned so this did not bother us at all. Towels were changed daily when the Room Attendant was working. The communal areas were also very clean and the Pool area was excellent with plenty of sunbeds to go round. There was an excellent choice of meals to suit all nationalities and also children I particularly enjoyed the Spanish meals. The salads were excellent. The only thing i would say is sometimes the meals seemed tepid and the meat/fish seemed over cooked but overall they were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the Bar area was not always staffed when you required a drink. I think this was because they were called upon to help out elsewhere, so maybe a few more staff may help! The local drinks, on all inclusive, were of a good standard. The entertainment was very good. There was only one night when we did not have entertainment. Overall an enjoyable stay.
