La Taberna Griega

Taberna Griega Why go for Greek food when in Spain, you get a bit bored of Tapas so why not try something totally different. We arrived when the opened, it was not a problem getting the full attention, as time when by families and couples came to join in for a bite. Not too many tourists actually. Appears Clran and well kept. We enjoyed the traditional Keftedes, Moussaka and Gyros. According to my wife, the best Moussaka by far, she has eaten “a few”. The price level is very moderate.

Central location in the heart of Gràcia. We arrived at 11pm and we were served by a nice italian attendant. Good atmosphere. We ate varied meat plates between cow, lamb and chicken and they were not bad, but not fabulous either average within the fine greek cuisine, I'd say. The portions are not properly big, I would suggest having a shared entrance as we did. Wine and cava are fairly priced. Expect the final bill to be placed at a 20 25€ range with wine. Nice experience, at last!

This restaurant is a good option in Gran de Gracia area. It's a greece restaurant, with elaborated dishes. You'll find yourself being in Greece while tasting their dishes. Try any dish, everyone deserves a taste. The restaurant has a good decoration, service is also wonderful. Tables are a good distance from others, so that, is an ideal place for lovers.

I took a moussaka with meat as main dish. I had a strong food poisoning after. My partner took only a part to try and was also suffering. As we had no other food , it seems obvious that it comes from the moussaka. I cannot recommend this restaurant !

We visited this restaurant whilst staying in the area and we're pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere and interior of the restaurant was also nice. I would visit again if returning to the area.
