Never go here without asking how much the drinks are....they will totally rip you off...I have visited most cities in the world and lived in London for 25 years ...I have never been ripped off like this in any other city I the world.
We ordered two drinks here. One beer and one cocktail. This drinks were average. The bill was €40. Complete rip off!!!! Extremely over priced. Not good value for money.
I don 't understand how are they running a restaurant this bad. Maybe they can fool tourists, but anyone can tell it 's bad food sold as typical food. Not even starving in the middle of a desert I would eat their food again. We went for a calçotada, which is a very typical catalan meal, and by the way very easy to cook, a type of onions grilled with a sauce, you could tell the calçots were heated in the microwave and the sauce was just grind tomato, you don 't have to be an expertised chef to mix the ingredients to get the sauce, just watch a Youtube video and you can do it better, that 's why we got so disappointed, it 's not a paella for God 's sake! Even the cheesecake tasted like lemon, why not calling it lemon pie??? We felt really sorry for the waitress that had to bring that food and had to listen to all the complains. The impression we got was it was the cook 's first job, and that is being nice. I guess it 's about time that they 'll have to close this place with all the bad reviews they 'll have and I won 't cry.
Calçots menu was great, they were a bit cold but otherwise all is very tasty. Good service and it’s a nice place to walk up to from Barcelona and have a lunch with fantastic views.
The service was great and the food was awesome! This was the best food experience we have had in Barcelona. The paella was some of the best I've had in Spain. The rest of the food was great, but my favorite was the paella. We amazing wine recommendations by staff and were impressed with their choices. It's a pretty good menu, what they do they do very well. We had full dinner and the price was very reasonable.
