I've been in this restaurant for years. it was one of the most affordable restaurants on the beach for a good paella and fish meal. it has become super expensive, a small tapa of fried squid or oktopus 20euro, a small...tray of ham 20euro without brot) and the portions smaller. we ordered a paella for 4 people and we had just a small plate for 80euros? we have starved and not happy at all. it has become a tourist trap, like all other restaurants on the seafront.
my man and I ordered the fried mixed seafood and later on the grilled mixed seafood, both were great. and the portion was too much for 2 people. it's really good to share! we didn't finish the essential thing that we were so full....The ambiente is really nice with good music.
we had great time there. the best is long-awaiting when dj pnauong starts at susnet. Eating is excellent. it was great. I command.
We booked dinner here as their Paella was featured in the Barcelona episode of Delicious Destinations. Thus, we ordered the Paella along with some grilled sardines. The flavour of the Paella was good but I think the seafood they used must be frozen as it...didn’t have that fresh seafood taste. Same with the sardines. Overall, it is not a bad restaurant but not outstanding.
I went to this restaurant with my mother after a recomendation of a friend that it was the best place to eat paella. When we arrived on a Saturday night at the beginning of 2020 there was only one other table with customers, which I...must say troubled us. But I trusted the friend's recommendation. We ordered only a paella with seafood and wine. The seafood was not fresh and it must have been frozen before cooked. As a result I only ate the rice and because I had already eaten some seafood I was afraid that it might cause me food poisoning. Thankfully it did not. But that bad quality of the ingredients caused us to leave the restaurant as soon as possible after we paid the bill, which was quite hefty. 44 euros for a paella for 2 people and 2 glasses of wine. When I visit Barcelona again I will see NOT to go to this restaurant. Pity...

Have been going to this place for nearly a decade. In my humble opinion, the only decent dish there (and well priced) are the mussels, cooked marinera'. To give an example, we went there yesterday with my missus, we ordered mussles (which were great, around...11 euros) Pulpo a la gallega (which is 19 euros by the way so not cheap). The only restaurant in Spain, that will serve you 1/8 of a potato with the pulpo and tell you that they do it like this and you have to order more potatoes, joke really! Especially for the price. The sad thing is as well, is that the waiters want tips (as they are not very well paid their words, not mine). So very hard to give a decent review and tip when the above happens. The only reason I go back is for the Mejillones a la marinera' take it as you wish.
