very helpful and nice people, we even managed to get our room a bit in advance. the room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. it's a bit out of the center, but if they don't mind going, it's really not a big thing, and otherwise they have a subway line to the center to walk 5 minutes.
good hotel for travel. we were here with a friend for 11 days. wonderful breakfast (buffet) for a small price of 12 euro per person. there was no miserable in the room, everything worked. friendly staff near shopping center, bus stops, metro, many shops, bars and restaurants. close to the center and beach. wonderfully clean large wi fi fast elevator very small refrigerator small windows behind which not the road but the rest of the hotel
super 4 stars hotel with amazing breakfast: spacious 20 m2 room with huge king bed. good location in plaça d’espanya. good value for money for a couple that stays 7 days at the end of the oktober.

Good hotel. Nice breakfast buffet! Very friendly staff. Easy to get a late check-out (for a small fee). Room very well sound-proofed against traffic noise. Blinds made the room completely dark for a great sleep! Fridge in the room. BAD POINTS: Air-conditioning didn't work and the desk in the room had no power outlets nearby, so couldn't be used as a working table.
Staff was nice, room was large with a king platform bed and a sofa that can be made into a twin bed. Hotel seems generally clean and well kept. Location is 5 stars! On Gran Vie, 1 block from Plaza Espanya, it's great if you're taking the Aerobús from the airport or want to be located close to several bus and subway routes. Makes a good base camp to easily get around the whole city.
