El restaurante La Aquarela fue una sorpresa positiva para estar en Islas Canarias! Un lugar estrella Michelin muy agradable con comida decorativa e innovadora y buen servicio. Lo único negativo es que es muy difícil de encontrar. No hay ningún consejo donde se encuentra en la información de la confirmación de reserva. Se podría informar que usted tiene que ir dentro del hotel apartementos y trough allí usted encuentra la puerta al restaurante! ¡En la dirección dada no hay puerta ni señales malas! Br. Jukka
excellent food, with great taste and perfect presentation. the wine pairing has really taken a huge influence on itself and this experience has made a unique memory that we will appreciate for the rest of our lives. recommended!
the eating experience could not be more delicious, creative and beautiful! the service was perfect! the ambiente is wonderful! for us a somewhat shorter meal would have been better, as it was almost midnight when we finished what seemed to be 20 courses - maybe 15. I'm counting every article. I was so happy to go as I was crazy tired (I'm an early riser and workout so need my sleep) that this was a blurr and I think I never left a cash tip that is something I never do. Honestly, after 3 1/2 hours, wait 10 minutes on the 13th or 14th course, is something I never experienced. anyway, overall, a spectacular experience that deserves this second Michelin star!
some elements of the courts of our opinion were not michelin stars standard. also some of the creations, mix sweet hearty ingredients not worked, and certainly were not delicious.
it was a tasting menu with excellent food and wine. the different taste directions and the selection of the wee made it an unforgettable evening with the employees explain each cursor

I booked through the Fork. After booking i received an email saying that my reservation had been cancelled. I called them, they said it was not cancelled. Finally i called them again the day after to cancel my reservation and Nobody answered so i left a message to cancel the reservation. Finally they sent an email through the fork saying that i did not come and did not cancel. Their reservation system does not seem to work…….
Strange setting in apartment block next to a pool but that aside was a really good visit, food was superb but the use of sauces with the dishes could be better, the majority of dishes with the sauce the servers put too much in the dish and subsequently the sauce became the overpowering flavour, still an good experience and great service
