For 220€ per night for the penthouse we expected much more than that! At first glance, the light of the jacuzzi and the door of a balcony did not work (we couldn't close the door). After talking to the office worker, we were told that the maintenance was already gone, but she would ask the other hotels to send someone. At 9 a.m. a man came and closed the door that we could not open later – they wanted to fix it right the next day. Also the light fromt he jacuzzi should be changed the next day. The next day nobody did anything. We still couldn't open the balcony door and the jacuzzi light didn't work (it was the only outdoor light except the automatic lights – at 12 o'clock all outdoor lights were turned off automatically and we couldn't see anything. The balcony with Jacuzzi was not arranged beautifully. Just a table, two chairs and two sunbeds – nothing else to feel comfortable, not even a plant. The balcony (and the whole room had partly (sidewise seaview, next to the loud railway and water park. On the first day we wrote a review (QR code in the room that you asked to write a review by email to the hotel, without reaction until today. In addition, the room was not worth the 220€ per night. Although it was made beautiful and reasonably tied up – we only found some footnails on the floor and sofa – at some places (many places! the wallpapers fell from the wall, the flush didn't work properly every time, while the use and temperature of the shower was not adjustable (it has changed itself between very hot and cold and sometimes no water ran. Although the air cone worked, unfortunately it was immediately directed to the bed. It was not possible to sleep with the air cone. The mattress was with feathers and probably somewhat older – each feather was remarkable. We appreciated two relaxing wellness days (our last days of the whole Shebang – but in this hotel everything was closed (without information before or after booking). Breakfast (included in the room price were in one of the other hotels around (two options, dinner or any food (drinks were available at Hydros). The wellness area with swimming pools, sauna fitness and spa was also closed and could be used in one of the other hotels (except fitness room, but only a few hours a day (around lunchtime and evening – between closed) at an additional cost. A wellness hotel without wellness! This was not made clear before booking or after that, just as we arrived at the hotel. The service was very friendly and efforts were made – we actually got a glass of wine for free. Apart from this eternal was somehow deteriorated or closed for an inappropriate price!
One of the best locations for the hotels. It is peaceful with spectacular views from the hotel and pools. There's no rush at the pool. Very friendly staff. Free parking next to the hotel with plenty of space.

We recently married and booked at this hotel to spend a few days 2 suites with 2 bedrooms and 1 suite on the attic, all with jacuzzi for us and our family. We stayed at the hotel a month ago to make sure everything was okay, and we asked them to reserve a certain room for us to which we were told that there was no problem. What was our surprise when we arrived with our wedding clothes and they told us that the same day they had given our room to another couple because they were just married. From there everything got worse: they left us a note in the room, they were confused and the name of my husband and the name of another instead of mine. The rooms had a serious lack of maintenance, the wallpaper was solid, the TV didn't work well... The beds were terrible and we had to call because I had loose legs in some of the rooms. There was a lack of cleanliness, dead insects, hair and rubber stuck in a very visible place in the jacuzzi. We had to ask for towels because it wasn't enough. For the other rooms we saw how they were cleaned and in ours we had to call several times and they still did not pass. The bar in the swimming pool, the spa and the restaurant in this hotel has been closed. To have breakfast, we should go to the next hotel and the buffet was a disaster and the food of average low quality. During the second night they celebrated a wedding party at the hotel, as it is not prepared for this kind of event, the music was heard very loud in the rooms up to the hours. In short, we are very disappointed. We cannot recommend this hotel to everyone. We celebrated a family event in this hotel and then we went to eat à la carte later, the food is exquisite and the perfect value for money. The restaurant staff was super friendly for us, they gave us everything we needed and with good pleasure, including the annoying requests to take a photo hahahahahahahaha. Give us a special mention of Elisa who visits us at the family event, it is a professional and also charming. Thank you for such a beautiful experience we had.
Fabulous, the best. We had a VIP chest that my children gave me and I used it in this wonderful restaurant. The attention of l@s camarer@s stands out, the dishes so well prepared and flavors. And the privileged enclave of the restaurant. If you want to look good, don't hesitate. recommendable
Los mendigos creen que este lugar debe salir entre los mejores restaurantes de la zona. Acercándose a las carreteras faltando mega hoteles con turismo barato (200 personas bailando Hokey Cokey a las 10 de la noche, en realidad? , uno es confrontado por un acero y vidrio Antrim cuyo arquitecto claramente cortó sus dientes diseñando salones de lealtad Air India. El personal parece totalmente convencido de que es un lugar de primera clase. Pero decoración (leer iluminación de humor que cambia cada 2 minutos y asientos baratos cuenta la historia. Comida recalentada. Al menos la sopa era pasible. El Turbot estaba seco y sobre cocido y rociado por una mash de la batata superpoderosa. ¿Quién lo pensó bien? ¿Y sopa de frambuesa fría con jabalí salvaje? Tristemente le dio una noche difícil a mi compañero que 4 horas después de la comida estaba muy enfermo. El vino forzado sobre nosotros de alguna manera logró combinar la acidez juvenil con el insípido aceiteso era de un Chardonnay barato. Hay una solución simplificada: mira a tu clientela y sus expectativas. Ofrece un buffet de media mañana para los huéspedes del hotel y deja de llamar a este lugar una buena ubicación de comida.
