Lo que menos me gusto al final. Lo bueno La comida que probamos estaba exquisita y elaborada con esmero. Cada plato es delicioso y bastante abundante. Para compartir es perfecto. El sitio es tranquilo y tiene un césped sombreado donde comer. Los niños tienen dos columpios para jugar. El precio es muy ajustado. Para volver, seguro. Lo que menos me gustó, o mejor dicho, lo que no llegamos a entender: Nos preguntaron si teníamos reserva. Consejo RESERVAR. Sin reserva hay que esperar que quede una mesa libre, normal. Pero también hay que esperar que salga la comanda de esas mesas con reserva. La sensación es de un poco caos. O no Porque a los clientes que han reservado le dan su lugar por haber sido previsores. No entenderíamos a los camareros cuando nos dijeron: no se cuando salda vuestra comida . Supongo que entre el estrés de la hora punta y un mal entendimiento. Eso si, el cocinero sale cada cierto tiempo, organiza y va dado ciertas pautas para que todos los clientes puedan estar servidos, y todo ello de manera muy cortes y diligente. Por el resto, todo del agrado.
Podría ser mejor. Tener más variedad de tapas y servicio en la terraza. Es una pena que la pandemia se esté llevando a todos los camareros que atienden en las terrazas
Me ha gustado la croqueta de chipirones, y los huevos aragoneses. Buena atención
This is the best restaurant in Biescas and in the entire region! The food is to die for, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I lived in Paris and Madrid for over twenty years so I know fine cooking. Agustin Milouda, the owner, is not only a top notch Chef, he is a community builder who has local musicians playing outdoor shows for all to enjoy. If you want the best food, traditional Spanish plates, or the best burgers with a garden for your kids to play in this is it. Agustin has the best staff, and they will take care of you like family.
I did not try anything. There were several tables and a single person to attend all of them. I sat down and you can see that that chair made you invisible because after ten minutes it didn't even address me. I was expecting something like, right now I am with you or I have many tables to attend, in power I will attend you. Well, nothing, from here to there and vice versa and not a word. I got up and left. I can't comment on the food.
Very nice and spacious terrace on a lawn and with some trees. The number of waiters there is low for the number of tables on the terrace, they are nice and do what they can but they are not enough. In the kitchen I imagine the same thing happens because the food takes a long time to arrive. The food was normal, according to the price paid, the burger was expected better.
It could be better. Have more variety of tapas and service on the terrace. It is a shame that the pandemic is taking away all the waiters who serve on the terraces
