Fuimos este sábado noche y la atención y comida (menú de muy correcto. Hace años no nos gustó el restaurante, pero han mejorado en muchos sentidos.
No te dejes engañar!. Que no te engañe la apariencia, tampoco cometas el mismo error que yo. Después de más de años pasando por su terraza y digo bien pasando olímpicamente ayer Sábado después de recorrer todo el paseo y no encontrar nada que mereciera la pena o tuviera sitio, nos decidimos mi mujer y yo a sentarnos en este restaurante que ademas esta de los muy pocos que ofrecían lo que íbamos buscando, menú de tapeo. Pues bien, nos dieron una lección de vida. No sólo nos cambió el humor que fue un puntazo, si no que además han ganado unos clientes para toda la vida, cenamos de primera a base de tapas que realmente estaban buenísimas, los platos muy abundantes y correctísimos el vino rosado en cubitera y pañito blanco, y no te pierdas el precio. Lo dicho, un flechazo. Decir que volveremos es poco. Felicidades a los camareros y a la cocina.
I absolutely do not recommend it! the restaurant is located near the beach, the waiters are very friendly, but this is all. I don't know who wrote the positive comments below, but it shows a total lack of knowing what delicious food means. we have ordered fideua, croquettes and calamari. the food was disgusting, chewed, tasteless. it is a great scandal that a restaurant with this prospective and these elevated prices, offering so high quality food. absolutely unacceptable!
on Sunday night not much expected after the restaurant a block earlier on the day for a week-end withtime choc. I had the paella and her nibs had beautiful fresh hot all washed with a bottle of the house rose....Love good eating and extra friendly staff.
euro worth. great location, but the road was busy, chose its seat carefully. friendly staff. well presented starter generous portions. the fish and the chicken in the pfeffergras sauce are recommended. icy tubs for the gloomy. stars because it could not stand off from the many others.
we ate there twice, and both times the food was extraordinary. the service was incredible. and also. we have eaten different things every night and both of them were faultless. the free recordings also went a tasty egg. I am not sure if this restaurant has changed its name or not, but it was definitiw Mediterranean when we visited. we ate in the outside bit on the ball with magnificent view over the sea.
I wish I had looked at the reviews on here before eating there earlier today, we had a stroll down the promenade from our hotel, and decided to have a light lunch for a change, we had to endure the usual hassle from the guy...trying to drag customers in, and the fact that there was only x other couple seated should have rang the alarm bells, we got sat down at a nice table, the location is great, the Food not so, i went for the Spag Bol, the boss went for the Chicken Chips with Salad, the waiter offered us these meals on the Daily Special saving a couple of Euros each, and seemed to understand the wifes' request for NO dressing on the Salad, drinks came, and were excellent, the food followed shortly after, my spag boll was OK, if not piping hot, but there was grated garlic spring onion, which gave it a nice kick, the wife cut into her chicken, to find the flesh was black yellow, it seemed like it had been re-heated over a number of days, we brought this to the attention of the waiter who took it away, and apologised, bringing the menu back for the wife to try something else ?, but by now she had lost her appetite, I asked for the bill, which was ages in coming, and ended up having to go into the main bar/restaurant, across the road, after an argument with the owner, who said the chicken was Mue Bien (I don't think So), I paid for my meal drinks ONLY, and left, advising the owner that i would be making this report ASAP, There was no offer of a refund for the untouched meal my wife had, nor any form of apology for the unedible chicken that was presented, Avoid at all costs
