great restaurant. we have tried to find it among recommended and it is worth it. many tables and service is very fast and helpful so they don't have to wait forever to get a place, but still guess they're coming there early (not sure whether the google opening times are exactly at the moment but not far away). we had a selection of dresses: ensaladilla de pulpo (Octopus salad), bandenillas salmon ahumado y queso en aceite (dryed salmon and cheese kewer), tortillitas de camerones (crisis garnelen omelette), espirales de calabacin all ajillo wash al cheeks in wein and garlauce I would say all the dishes were good, but the dogs and laughs were excellent. I wanted to try the eggplant/cheese and the spinach/chickpeas, but could not eat anymore. beautiful environment with artwork for sale. I'm suggesting to get a table out. highly recommended and much better than usual in cadiz
very busy tapas bar, be so early (before opening! or in the line. and no wonder the quality was high and the price low. among the tapa we tried, the zucchini strips were in white wine and inked meatballs in black. super friendly service and good recommendations to the weeps. this was on par or even better than the tapa places with Michelin plates we visited.
we had sooo luck getting a table with 15 minutes before they were opened in the partly cloudy Saturday in March 2019. they enjoy the filled aubergine, a delicious local red wine (church, I have not taken a photo of the label to notice it! , garbanzo stew and a beautiful dessert. go for a nice meal in cadiz. owner is before place and with customers, nice guy!

Looks like the most popular place in town. Always busy and many people. Very nice service and good tapas. Very touristy.
Local place excellent food, great service. Very reasonably priced. It's a must visit in Cadiz. Rafa the owner will allow you to taste any wines prior to ordering it. Something the rest of Europe does not always do. Fresh seafood, great tapas, very responsive. Arrive 30 minutes prior to food being served and take a seat at a table and order drinks. That way when the kitchen opens, you will have food on the way.
This place is hugely popular for a reason. In summer you need to get there at least 30minutes before opening time to get a table. The food is great and the service friendly and helpful. Great prices too. The only downside is that you sit in stools around barrels rather than at tables and chairs. It’s not very comfortable but I still recommend the place for a great meal
