Where to start with this restaurant not sure if it's a franchisee store or run by kfc itself but either way I'd be embarrassed to put out the quality of food, service and hygiene that they do, don't waste your time trying to call to correct an issue with your order as we ordered sides of mash and gravy via Uber eats and then they sent us corn on the cobs rather than contacting us or substituting other items into that as I'm sure corn is a bit ridiculous, that said if they're running out of sides like gravy, chips or mash this early before they shut its unprofessional and not only that it's the only kfc I've ever had issues with baring in mind if you even try and go there at a peak time you c...

I am not sure if this restaurant is a franchise or run by KFC itself, but I would be embarrassed to serve the quality of food, service, and hygiene that they do. I ordered sides of mash and gravy through Uber Eats, but received 6 corn on the cobs instead. When I tried to contact them to correct the issue, I had no luck. It is unprofessional for them to run out of popular sides like gravy, chips, or mash so early in the day. This is the only KFC location I have ever had problems with. The wait times are long, even with only 8-10 cars in line, while McDonald's down the road can push cars through much faster. I am not sure if this restaurant is a franchise or directly owned by KFC, but regardless, I am disappointed with the quality of food, service, and hygiene. They were unresponsive when we tried to address an issue with our order. We ordered mashed potatoes and gravy through Uber Eats, but they failed to include the chips we requested. I would not recommend this place.

Called in Today Toilets Disgusting told member of staff who told me they where short staffed. Two members of staff stood doing nothing !!!!!!! The food was not good. The chips were stale and not as hot as usual. The tables were dirty and in need of cleaning. The food did not look appetizing as usual.

Chicken over cooked. Chips were old. Coffee not as hot as usual. Tables were in desperate need of cleaning!! Chicken not as tasty as usual. Not impressed!!
