one of my favorite restaurants of all time! tasty eating and beautiful service. the ambiente is also great: outside you enjoy the authenticity of the Spanish life directly at the square, inside, the rustic charm is also beautiful. my favorite two dishes are the crepe and the cheesecake. when they come here, they are a must-have!
visits today very busy on the afternoon this Sunday, full house because of fiesta in the park next door. in the last 20 years have visited this restaurator as I am living on the island. the meal we had today was of high quality, although the restaurator was full to turn away the capacity and even humans. this device is one of the best in the opposite and is worth the effort to find it.
After we read some good reviews, we went to this small cozy place on Friday night. but we have unpronounced with a very bad service of the staff. After we got some basic snacks and our drinks, we waited for more than 1.5 hours to eat. without a single word or attention to us (2 adult and 3 juvenile,) not even if our glass, where empty the waiter was bothered. but if we got our food, it was ok (the lamb shoulder was superb) when you look at the fair price. if the service had been better and warm and the waiting time in normal, I would give 3-4 in reviews.
what a tasty bite we had greeted from the warm when we arrived, the excellent service followed by excellent food, a very, very good house red and a take dessert. we can only say that a visit to estragon should be on their to-do list. the wood burning stove ensures that the atmosphere is warm and cozy, even at the coolest Mallorcan nights (yes they really cool.) a pleasure to find such a well-run restaurant and eat prepared by an excellent cook. (oh, we can also use the Panda-Citta vouch!
It was a pleasant experience!!! The meat, the duck and the foul were delicious!!! Oh... and the best panna cotta everrrrr!!!! You do have to wait... be prepared... but its absolutely worth it!!!

We have been visiting Estragon for a number of years and the service and food is always excellent. I am stunned by the two poor reviews for this restaurant. We ate there in Nov 2016 and the evening meal was a delight, fabulous! The restaurant...is tastefully decorated, yet feels relaxed and inviting. The choice of food is good and the service impeccable. And yes, it is not fast food, it is fabulous food. Can't wait to return in February 2017!
We ordered both a starter and a main course, the starter took 45 minutes to appear and there was over an hour's wait between the courses. When we flagged this up gently at the end we were curtly told that it is not a Fast...food restaurant and that all the produce is fresh which it most clearly isn't. The fried potatoes are the frozen type and, what was ordered as a medium rare sirloin steak appeared as a well-done miscellaneous chunk of meat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
