stay at the parador. first my wife had one of the house specialties mönche with limette and cocosnuss. the fish was so shattered in a thick sauce that you could not taste at all. in the second night I had the pasta with mushrooms and comminuted foie and my wife had the sea bass in a bag with sweet. the pasta had a strange sweet taste and the texture of the mushroom was tasty. the sea bass was more fish tasting than sea bass should be. no complaining about the service. they were attentive and very pleasant. I wish that food was at the level of service.
