since 2013 we visit kalas now every year and always use d’alfil their pizzas are the best. excellent entertainment. we have to see michael jackson tribut that was so incredible that I booked him to fly and play on my birthday party. I think he's a friend now. I recommend to anyone who visits this resort, do not pass this bar and get the warmest welcome they will not be disappointed x
we visited this restaurant to break the all inclusive meals we had. the children and I had pizza that was amazing, my man ordered a burger that was beautiful and chicken wings for my daughter, which I would highly recommend. we ordered some. after the meal back to the hotel. my only problem would be the personal, it would be helpful if they could at least crack a smile! this kind has made me be honest. you go to restaurants for the service with a smile, it is polite and polite. I have made my review on the basis of food well! if you want a service with a smile, I suggest visiting elsewhere

for 10 days in the grand central eaten and excellent food and service. we decided to eat in D’alfil in our last night and what a huge mistake that was. we were very confused about what we were sitting. in...Travellers or D’alfil. as the waitress explained the separation line between the two restaurants, we ordered from D’alfil kellnerin. the pizza was simple, we were wrong for our drinks calculated (shows a price on the menu and another price in the drink menu) my little girl garlic brot was so hard and over boiled she could not eat it. the waitress told us she would remove the garlic bread from the bill. we received the bill and the garlic bread was still up. she took it away and changed it, brought it back and the drink price was still wrong. she was really frustrated and in a strop told us that it was her boss’ mistake that the menu price was wrong, not her, and that she would have to give us the difference from her tips. she stormed with her tips and gave us the difference. if she had been kind, I would have rejected the difference and left the staff a tipp. she had no chance after her job. average eating, bad personal and shocking service. Do you want to be a good friend?
We had a week over here and was a great find pizzas tapas and steaks as well as offering live music karaoke and a great bar
We visited to watch the Jersey Boys tribute act and have a couple of cocktails. The tribute act was good but the cocktails and drinks were poor. I ordered 2 cosmopolitans and was served 2 drinks that can only be described as fruit punch in...tall glasses. Not a hint of alcohol in it and nothing like a Cosmo for €14. We had about 2 sips and gave up as it was just awful. Second trip to the bar we order Gordon's gin and tonic. The bartender then poured the cheap local gin. When I pointed out that I ordered Gordon's he replied that it was, even though I had watched him pour them! Refused the drinks and advised I wanted the Gordon's which the barmaid next to him had already whipped my money away and charged me for. Do not come here unless you want to be ripped off and lied to. The cocktails are terrible. Before we came here we had stopped at Grand Central and their cocktails were lovely.
This was a quick and convenient meal to let us watch the football- I had a pizza and my partner a burger- we weren’t expecting much from the burger but when it came we were surprised. There was however lots of flies buzzing about which...were annoying us and other guests
