Spain is currently Europe's culinary hotspot and after dining at Restaurante Messina, I can see why.
El restaurante Messina (Marbella) se encuentra en su nueva ubicación junto a la fortaleza del hotel Miramar Spa. Tiene una decoración moderna y ofrece platos diferentes y vinos. Es un restaurante donde el comensal puede experimentar nuevos sabores y texturas en platos originales. En este elegante restaurante situado en una zona privilegiada de marbella se puede degustar la cocina moderna de autor.
the eating was nice, their star worth, but they have no type of changes very well treated, meat was replaced by sweet, as fish was an option that is a animalpeeve. they also served several dishes with chili as garnish, after being told that someone from our party could not take the heat, we had specified that chili was good in the prep work, but it was maternally placed on two dishes. I think eating is worth the five stars.
excellent food and service! very memorable dishes, especially the duck bacon/Egg/Bront dish, and each of the seafood courses, and the fresh baked bread. we have really enjoyed all the variety and textures of the sauces during the courses. the wine pairing added the courses really good, and the team was pleased to pour an additional glass. during a more formal tasting menu experience, the employees were very well informed, enthusiastic and made our whole evening wonderful.
we really enjoyed the experience and eating. they were extremely courteous, understanding and even the menu adapted, as I could not eat certain things due to pregnancy. very friendly and warm staff. highly recommended.
excellent michelin restaurant with view for the details. best garnel ever, beautiful lamb and Spanish/local wee menu with big know behind the weeping. try the big Messina menu. there are some surprises they don't find elsewhere. I will only point out that I expected more of the desserts. it was good, but not for a restaurant in this level. but the fantastic homemade chocolate with the coffee was a really good finale this evening.
