Traditional Spanish Food and ofcourse Tapas, all produced by a family showing great team work. Snug dining room Menu del día and a la carte. Tables outside too. Worthwhile a try and supporting their efforts. Open all year. Nice local spot a minute away from the beach. It helps to speak a little Spanish, however, the owners are always trying hard to make their guests welcome.
La comida estaba bien, pero estaba claro que el tipo estaba sobre el precio de la comida. Deberíamos haber preguntado los precios por adelantado ya que no había ningún menú disponible. Sentirse engañado debe decidir comer allí estar alerta. Naturalmente no se dio recibo oficial.
Algunos de los peces más frescos que alguna vez comerán. Pedimos una ración completa, 15 €, y fue enorme. La próxima vez pediremos 1/2 ración para 2. Las papas de ajo servían como aperitivo fueron impresionantes. Un gran restaurante familiar.
Very tasty rabbit and the freshest fish we've eaten for a while, just steps from the Motril beach, not as good value as we thought but the owner divided the starter fish into two complete dishes. Will go again!
They ripped my boyfriend and I off, suggesting fresh fish and charging 70€ couldn’t believe it!! I don’t recommend it at all. There are many other nice restaurants providing quality food and cheap. It is not hygienic place, disgusting. Watch out!!! This “restaurant” is taking the piss of foreign people.
Beer was really cold in a chilled glass. The cortado was good. Some complementary tapas that were super. Nice spot at the side with the sun in our face 《 January 》 no issues staff were friendly. Very reasonable prices
Everything nice until ripped off with €25 each for half a fish each. Had to pay by card and he then changed it to after I entered pin so I have to pay even more plus extra commission and he refused to change it back. Avoid!!
Went here off season (January) was a little late for lunch @14:45 a real little mom and pop restaurant. They really helpful, and happy to cook us up something menu del dia of sopa Picadillo (pron peek-a-deeyo) very popular in Andalucia and a winter fav of mine, followed by roast rabbit in garlic and herbs, sooooo tasty. I imagine this place gets very busy in the summer, but off season it's a little gem.
