Llegamos a éste restaurante bastante rebotados del prestigioso restaurante el Pozo donde habíamos tenido un pésimo servicio y no quisimos esperar a los postres.Pues una pena no haber ido a comer directamente allí, servicio de postres y café de y aunque la decoración y las vistas no sean de señores, a un restaurante se va a comer.Repetiremos.
Fuimos a por el postre y el café, el sitio es un local familiar,con muy buen servicio y café bueno y unos postres de locura , su presentación, que no creo que tenga que envidiar nada a restaurantes de alto nivel, el sabor de En definitiva un sitio al que volver y degustar su comida y como no sus postres.
This is about the 4th time we have visited this restaurante. I would recommend Saturdays and Sundays when they have the tapas displayed on a blackboard outside. (I need to be able to read the menu to understand it! There is great outside space with lovely views and Baños as a town is delightful to walk through, although you need to watch out for the one way system if you are driving! Having said that, the locals seem to ignore it! The staff are friendly and the food is delicious.
The food at this restaurante is very tasty but they rarely have a menu to choose from which is very difficult for us because we speak very little Spanish... however, if I can see something in writing I have a 50/50 chance of working out what Im ordering!! : We went with some Spanish speaking friends recently which made things a lot easier. I have to say the cheesecake was to die for! My friend was jealous! It was a proper traditionally baked cheesecake! I sure hope they have that again!
The quality of the food was superb, the portions large, the value for money excellent, the location brilliant and the service friendly. On top of that, they had no objection to us staying the night in our motorhome in the adjacent car park. Full marks.
