What truly stood out was their exceptional service and attention to detail, especially when it came to catering to allergies. My daughter has a milk allergy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are incredibly allergy-friendly. Zed was fantastic. As for the food itself, the fish was perfectly fried to a golden crisp, while the chips were seasoned just right. One thing that sets this establishment apart is that they are one of the few that can accommodate my daughter's milk allergy. This speaks volumes about their commitment to inclusivity and customer satisfaction.

Food was good , but the attitude of the lady serving tonight was disgusting.I was treated like a second class citizen for being English, and I was expected to wait while she served people who came in after me. When my order was ready she tried to give it to the wrong customer, when I pointed out it was my order she was clearly annoyed even though I had already waited 25 minutes. I won't be returning until the staff learn some customer service skills.

After a long day from work, decided to get fish n chios for dinner. Food was good but the attitude of the lady server was rude n disgraceful. She was speaking so softly that I couldn't hear, so I got bit confused with my orders. Very poor customer service.

Loverly food been with these for years but no more took 1and half hours to come phoned chippy said what u want me to do about .when it came driver didn't say one world and it was all put in the bin as was ****** cold shame we spent alot Reserva una mesa ahora

We have brought 2 Donner kebab, chips with salad. We were disappointed, there was little amout of kebab, no salad. It was mostly just chips. This is second time we get disappointed.
