that was the most terrible food I've been experiencing for years. we had the calamari and patatas barca. avoid that when they can. it was not possible. we tipped the waiter (as not his fault), but the kitchen is really shocking.
a terrible service. soaps that are not juices. salates that are not worthy are called salates. very unfriendly service above. space to avoid.
would give zero stars. how does it hurt such a big place. just don't go there!
perfectly located, gang coffee, real crimped, tapas. sitting outside in the sun in november. pleasant staff.
Good location, cold beer. Fresh orange juice although ice or a cold glass would have improved it. Owner or acting manager was screaming and yelling and banging things to intimidate her colleague, all within earshot of the customers. I hope the poor girl can leave...her job!!
A horrible waitress was laying into the staff in front of everyone. Including hitting things together in front of the staff to communicate her aggression. We came for a lovely drink in a beautiful place and was ruined by a waitress (maybe the owner) who...was absolutely horrible to another waitress. Whilst it was very entertaining for everyone it doesn't make a particularly relaxing environment. Also the orange juice, whilst fresh was quite warm. Ice please, its out here! Nasty lady is hiding so can't get a picture of her
We visited this Cafe and were very disappointed in the very long wait we experienced. There was one member of staff trying to cope with the lunchtime visitors on tables. She was running round like a blue ass fly trying to cope. We ordered...and received our drinks and then waited minutes for our sandwiches. I ordered another drink and the bill from the girl and then shortly after another staff member appeared and took over from her as we watched her get on her bike and leave. The new member struggled to cope and there were many customers complaining that they had been waiting for more than an hour for their orders. We managed to catch his attention and requested the bill as a further minutes had passed and my drink and bill had not arrived who I had requested from the girl. I would advise using the adjacent establishment as it has far more staff and just as good food.
Visited at lunchtime for drinks and some lunch on a quiet day. Waited minutes for drinks, waited a further minutes for a couple of sandwiches. Quite happy to sit and relax but wanted to enjoy Pollensa which is a beautiful town. Attitude of...staff who don't really care about their customers also very poor. Saw several other customers complain who were equally dissatisfied. Food ok. I'd try the adjacent cafe!
