Cozy hotel with a rustic atmosphere, full breakfast included in the price, unbeatable location for visiting Cantabria. Very good attention from the staff. Very comfortable beds. We stayed at this hotel for a week and the experience was quite pleasant. It is very well located, in the center of Reinosa and with easy access to almost all places of interest in Cantabria. I want to highlight the attention of Rubén, who served us every day at breakfast (the day he got off, my daughters missed him). He also took care of me when making the reservation, which by the way was cheaper than on Booking and when we arrived my daughters were pleasantly surprised to see that the third bed was in a small room on the mezzanine. Highly recommended for the quality price and surprised by the quality of service.

Emblematic hotel in Reinosa, well located. Obsolete rooms without air conditioning and bathtub (no shower tray). It does not have parking although it is indicated in the reservations. Disappointing. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4
