These guys need to invest in some proper crockery. I had sizzling hot oil poured into my lap when the waiter set my food down on the table. The pork dish was served on a slate. Not the right thing for something swimming in hot grease. It soaked into my dress and left a red mark on my thigh. I jumped because it was so hot and he did apologise and quickly brought some stain spray for clothing, so it must happen often if they keep that stuff handy, I tried to explain okay thanks for the spray but I’m more concerned that you burnt me..? To be fair the spray worked and got the grease out of my clothing, but eating the food was tricky, the oil just kept pouring off the slate, I had to make a barricade of napkins to stem the flow, it was messy.

My wife, son, and I were in Ronda last year in June 2019. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences at the Duuesa de Parcent. We were only in Ronda for 2 nights. On the first night, my wife and I walked around the old part of town near the gorge looking for a place to eat. We entered the restaurant and took seats which had a great view of the New Bridge. Service and food were very good. We were there late in the evening, and it got a little cold. On the second night we returned to the same place, brought our son along, and enjoyed another very good meal. It's been a long time, and I can't remember what dishes we ordered. I only remember being pleased with our meals and the dining experience.

We were the only ones at the restaurant and the service was very slow. The price on the menu does not include the IVA and this is added at the end of the bill which is illegal in Spain. The Plato's combinados was tasty and a good price. Dessert was nothing special. I won't go back and I don't really recommend anyone bother going. You can find food just as good anywhere else and have much better service. Oh and they don't tell you that they don't accept card until you try to pay... Apparently the card machine wasn't working today but judging by the other reviews it hasn't been working for quite some time!

Beautiful small park in the centre of the old town of Ronda. Quiet and peaceful oasis well worth visiting.

The view is well worth having a meal at this restaurant on the patio. There were 2 waiters, from what I could see. An older gentleman and a younger one. It was amusing to watch the both of them interacting...I think someone reffered to the waite staff as characters from faulty towers...so true! I must say, we were well treated by the young man,but we did watch his be very rude to a couple who sat down beside us with a dog. He basically refused to serve them and they got up and left eventually. The food is not bad, but the view is the best. Beware...they only take cash!!!!!

Like many others we picked this restaurant for the view, we were guided to a decent table, having been told our first choice was reserved. Like other reviewers I think this was more what the waiter wanted. The food was only ok and the paella I ordered was not what I thought it should have been. It was freshly prepared but not what I was looking forward too. A mixed paella to me includes chicken and seafood with shells! Not what we got. I did manage to pay by card but they were not happy. I got the impression the staff were not happy and the restaurant was going down the pan. The perfect location but something was not right.

The restaurant looks nice and historical and the views are to die for. But the staff are extremely unfriendly. After ten minutes of no service with plenty waiters present in an empty restaurant, I walked out. Nobody cared. Suggest to sneak in and get a few peeks and pics, then leave to eat elsewhere.
