el restaurante “La cuina d'en Norat” abrió en 1935, cuando el fundador de la terraza del hotel, honorat, construyó un estanque de peces para almacenar los productos frescos utilizados en los platos. la familia Gotanegra continúa la tradición gastronómica con cocina mediterránea nativa. el actual chef, antoni, nieto de honorat, sigue la genealogía y ahora dirige las estufas de la cuina d'en norat. tanto el menú como los diferentes menús ofrecidos cada noche tienen como punto común su frescura y elaboración natural, lejos de las salsas exóticas y condimentos exagerados que ahora parecen ser tan de moda en temporada tienen música en vivo que acompaña una velada inolvidable

What a desappointment!! . We came for the first time in May 2022 Then in October and December 2022 with a starred chef. Since what a disappointment in May and currently in June. If the hotel is still perfect. The restoration has become ordinary and very expensive when the so-called gourmet restaurant is open ..... Only in the evening from Wednesday to Sunday.... Menu from 44 to 65 euros Nothing can justify such amounts. Plus reduction of all items a single slice of bread!!!! The fabric tablecloths and napkins have disappeared. At the brewery it's worse we are directly served on the table the cloth placemat has disappeared as well as the napkins replaced by paper. Reduction of dishes in the evening practically no more choice We loved the anchovies with tomato bread The number has been reduced and now you have to remove the edges the tomato bread is no longer grilled a simple baguette cut in half!!!!! The beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers has also disappeared We made the effort in May to want to have dinner. It was just us, another couple arrived they settled in and ran away when they saw the prices. I wanted to explain our feelings to the director directly but he did not want to meet me. We are still present 4 days maybe he will change his mind!!!! There are so many changes that we don't understand??

Meat filled with nerves... Plate of skewers expensive for what little there is, I've been to other restaurants in Roses and the prices are lower, better proportions and qualities. Very disapointed... I won't stay there again. Surprise also that the service is paid...
