Me encargaron organizar una cena para celebrar los 60 años de un próximo miembro de la familia. como los restaurantes de calidad te dejan donde puedes disfrutar del producto con poca transformación que pensé en los Casals y lo conseguí. Elegimos el menú “La Terra” con 3 entradas, 7 platos y 2 postres. como un grupo grande nos puso en un cuarto separado del comedor gastronómico y fue una decisión adecuada. Usted da privacidad y no molesta a los otros comensales. Desde las entradas me quedo con la rillette de cabirol (short) y la sobra de la casa, que en general no caigo sino a esta no puedo resistir. De los platos principales que disfruté especialmente con los pèsols , tripa de bacallà i botifarra del perol (guisantes, filete de mal Un preposter de fresas ahumadas con kefir y pastel de queso horneado aniversario. Una cena como esa merecía unos buenos vinos. Mauro como rojo y ekam como blanco. ¡Qué bien hemos cenado! No hay duda de que los Casals son una garantía de buena comida. los productos de la familia rovira y la selección que el chef oriol rovira hace en el mercado este restaurante un “templo” para aquellos que aprecian una propuesta de alta calidad y con poca transformación. Y el ambiente le invita a caminar antes o después de la mesa o a quedarse a dormir en una de las habitaciones que le permite conocer los desayunos de la casa. No te pierdas esta experiencia al menos una vez.
Pasamos un fin de semana y comimos en el restaurante, de 10. Lo recomiendo sí o sí, vale mucho, come espectacular y el hotel es muy acogedor. Nos comimos el menú terra, tres entradas, siete segundos y dos postres. calidad y producto de temporada. el personal muy amable y atento, se siente muy bien tratado; repetir miles de veces.
as soon as they drive up here and out of their car, they simply can't imagine getting back into reality. a so picturesque place! the rooms are from this world and oh so comfortable! there's so much to explore around you that you, if you stay for a month! I don't really know how to describe it, except it was absolutely incredible! how often did they serve a Michelin starter chef for dinner and breakfast! we also pampered in the tasting menu and that was actually an experience of a life. eat, the intrictity of all those wein pairs. beautiful warm hospitality and personalized service at any time. they leave with really amazing memories and promise to themselves that they will soon be back!
our third visit, and still exaggerated in the quality of eating. this time we chose the country menu. every cure was sensational, some of them unforgettable, and if there was to be a critique (there is not) it would be that there is too much...food at this season includes the menu seasonal food like brain (an excellent terrine and venison steak) and hate, as well as bloodworst and their classic sobrasada. can not wait to go back.
excellent, incredible restaurant in the landside of katalonia. they have 1 michelin star who is very well earned. simply order their “Petit Menu” and let them fully manage it in season as the best eating: 2 entrees, 4 net and 2 desert. they. also manage any incompatibility and serve only to do what they can eat. all very professional. only a special dish can not avoid them: sobrasada with honey. order a local wine, especially a pla del bages, very close to this zone. obviously not cheap but good value for the money.
what a fabulous experience to eat in this restaurant. oriole the chef is a real master of art to make the best Catalan food possible. no end of imagination. you can stay in the hotel where the restaurant is located. the wee are...outstanding
Friends moved back home to their home of Barcelona so on our most recent visit we tackled a few restaurants that were must sees. Disfrutar on Friday night exceeded expectations so this left our late lunch here to have a lot more to live...up to. To make this short they didn’t disappoint. Tucked away about an hour away from Barcelona, this hidden gem is amazing. Farm to table Michelin star restaurant where you can also stay at the inn. What a great bed and breakfast experience if you are exploring Catalonia. Next time, we will take advantage of this. Once again service, attention to detail and flavor was top notch. Cannot complain about anything other than the fact that they aren’t located in Boston for us to enjoy more often. Highly recommend!
How can I describe this charming place? Well it's all you can wish for!! Oriol Rovira the chef was born and runs a family restaurant adjacent to the farm where he grew. He uses local products including truffles found on his territory. He has a...one star Michelin but you don't see any remark about it in the restaurant. They also run a simple cosy hotel where I slept for one night. Well Oriol is an amazing chef. You see it from the breakfast omelette to the most elaborated dishes during the rest of the day. Everything is so tasty and made with a lot of smile and joy. A paella he prepared for our group was the best I ever ate in my life and believe me I ate some. I also bought some sausages (served on breakfast). made in the farm (just ask to make a visit there if you sleep over) I ate so many truffles during my stay eggs with and even ice cream with truffles. So do I recommend? Highly A MUST PLACE AND BETTER SLEEP OVER NOT ONLY EAT THANK YOU ORIOL FOR AN AMAZING STAY AND YOUR AMAZING PERSONALITY. I will return for sure.
