a pretty ugly chiringuito beach bar in a very ugly section of the beach in torreguadiaro, view over the bay in direction Swiss, sophisticated, sotogrande. it is directly at the end of the large, two flat (both flat in the open air, not an underground). free parking at the entrance to torreguadiaro when by sotogrande. it's easy. a simple beach bar with simple food. fish, mainly. there are three chefstile. fried, i.e. in a light temporary style battery; a la plancha, which tends to translate as grilled in English, but actually does not mean under a grill, but on a hot teller; and finally al espeto literally on a floor, i.e. on a floor next to an open fire roasted, in which a fire built some wise of the tables (it is very hot and often, and often old in a sand filled. only whole fish, sardines, dorada, gambones, etc. are cooked on these wise, and if they have a choice, they go for this type of cooking, it is delicious! we were a large group that we had reserved and had eaten very well, with a large selection of different fish dishes, fried, grilled and al espeto. we also had fried vegetables that were disappointing, because instead of or different sweet all fried crispy in tempura, it was just half a plate of soggy fried paprika and the rest of the courgette in tempura. a bit boring. prices very good for the quality of fresh fish. very modest and in open ugly environment.
