the simplest but the best pinxos I tried

one of my favorites in san seb. always super friendly staff, amazing risotto (love dear love love) and wonderful eating over all. generally in service and very good prices. I didn't get a picture of eating, but had to taste a cool local liqueur (the waiter saw me dip the cool bottle and offered both a taste and the bottle itself, as I said: very nice staff). at least one Risotto-pit-stop every time I'm in town.

fresh! delicious! yummy pintxos!

the interior lacked personality, but the Pintxos bar had a clean, pleasant modern appeal. the exterior was facing a beautiful little Paseo-Peatonal, where we would have densed if not for the construction project next door. eating was great, perfectly executed fish, delicious bottle white wine included in a humble price menú del día. also 1870 amber camp on hahn.

Delicious food served with great attitude. They have a combination of local dishes including a daily fish special. At the end of our mea, our server gifted us drinks from a bottle of Eskartxa which was a strong and sweet liquor made in Navarra. $

Another pintxos bar but not in the main street so less touristic. Service really friendly and fast. Original pintxos, especially the “trainera” (ham, calamari, prawn) which is the one they are known for. I am giving only 4 of 5 for two reasons: 1) price a little bit high for what you get; 2) too much olive oil in the plate

Came here on out first night in town and grabbed some ice cold ones and a few pintxos while at it.

The worst place for eating. The food was of very low quality: the bread of the snack with Spanish ham was hard and not eatable, for octopus a la gallega they added even part of head, the scrambled eggs with asparagus were made from maybe one egg and a lot of egg white, typical Spanish patatas bravas were not freshly cooked but warmed up in microwave and not eatable. I don't recommend this place for anyone.
