what a wonderful evening we spent at both the gustative and human level in an elegant and romantic setting. real professionals at the service of their passion for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds. the entrance of Santiago to the sweet and salicoran sauce, a real delight and a gamba chicken with a peeling and suave taste. the cod carpaccio and the lard licker on the celery risotto. So many homemade dishes. all this would be less tasty without the reception of the touching kindness of the restaurant. end of meal on a note by Mont-blanc cremeuse and confidant mandarin chestnuts surmounted with a candle for my birthday and an appropriate soundtrack with a cut of bubbles offered. beautiful memories evoked, nostalgia, elegant simplicity. We'll be back for a great time.
