this is a fab restaurant at the rande of the small village in rural Spain. his menu was a great surprise, like the quality of foods in terms of ingredients and presentation! the baby goat was full of taste and so delicate. an old converted mill and this is a scene for a great place to dinate. pricing is the top end especially for the area, but it is a unique culinary experience and quality is safe - they serve a ribera del duero as a house red! free time,- but efficient service.

in the small hill village Sierro, hidden in the sierra de alhamilla mountain, this wonderful little restaurant called asador el maestro. as it survives in such a remote area, is a secret as it provides its products for such a...changed menu provides another secret. I have recently heard of friends who like to share it with us and lead us there. this is not the place to go if they do not want to spend great money, it is not cheap, but the quality is very high and the welcome is very warm. when they approach the restaurant, there is nothing to make them aware that this is actually a restaurant; it is a rebuilt mill directly at the rande of the village. it is very small and compact in the inner but very atmospheric with many artifacts and original properties. Eight of us on this day each couple divided an salate, these were very special salate and therefore ranged from until we had the partridge with mango and avocado, but the others saw equally amazing and considerable. the starters were from the beginning, but we skipped them for the salads. the choice of the day was cabrito, baby goat, who have chosen five us, while the others went for rodaballo en salsa mozárabe* (turbot in an arab sauce), which was apparently a good choice. the kabrito was delicious, so it should be, but we could have done with more kartomas instead of a small plate between eight people. we chose the house red wine, a ribera del duero (torrederos), which, for a joven was not cheap but very tasty all the same. we all had desserts, either lemonade, chocolate truffles or chocolate fond, which were all homemade and absolutely delicious. the last bill including tipps came to pro couple, we will return, not soon, but only when we have saved to do this. gradually before eating they need to make time to hike the village sierro, it is stunning! the strongly restored burg at the top is a hard standing, but the effort worth. great restaurant in a beautiful village!

Visited this lovely restaurant, although we live quite close, it is the first time we have visited this special place. The good was superb, our friends had duck with trimmings, and steak, both superb. I had the lamb chops, my husband duck. We ordered a...desert to share, different deserts which were delicious. Overall a fantastic lunch.

We visited this fantastic place with friends who live in Sierro. I have to say that the meal was superb. Probably the best steak I've had in years! I can highly recommend this place.

Sierro is a small village at the end of a windy road, in the hills above Purchena. Take the time and find this amazing restaurant, almost hidden away, just as the road ends. Inside, you'll find a museum of old presses and cooking artifacts. And...you'll also find the food... We shared a salad as a starter. The salad was a press of potato, pear, walnut and mayo sandwiched between generous slices of smoked salmon. Maybe the best salad I've eaten. Ever. Nichola went for the turbot, me the red tuna. Both were superb, cooked to perfection and served with complimentary accompaniments. The wine, also was stand out excellent and, for around one of the best meals we've had in Spain over the last decade and a half.

pequeño restaurante, acogedor, habilitado en una antigua casa solariega, situado en un bonito pequeño pueblo de calles empinadas. tratamiento inmejorable del personal, excelente comida y precio aceptable.
