Visit this bar-restaurant located in the town of Olite in Navarra, where they have a location located in the center of the city. It is an establishment specialized in traditional Spanish cuisine, with different dishes in portion format, skewers, sandwiches and more to try on its varied menu. In our case we were able to try the portion of croquettes that were made of ham, cheese and cod and they were good, very creamy although being so small the batter was too coarse, we also ordered the eggs with Navarra chistorra and potatoes which were good but to my taste It was more tortilla than anything else and lacked a little salt, a tapa of secret with garlic and confit with fruit that was good with a crispy toast and good flavor of the meat, and a cod toast with green pepper that was very good The best of the dinner for a very tender cod and good accompaniment. Everything had a price of €55.

There were dishes that we really liked, such as artichokes and French toast with ice cream. On the other hand, the normal sirloin. It is a rather small place so during vacation times it is advisable to make a reservation. Service: 4

Food drinks: Our dinner at this restaurant was EXQUISITE. As much for the professionalism of the service as for the preparation of our plates, the flavors of which were incredible. Thank you for this excellent moment.

Professional review: LOW QUALITY cuisine and little professionalism in a nice restaurant. Diners: couple Order: assorted croquettes (starter) and monkfish with saffron sauce and cheeks in wine (main courses). Drink: 2 glasses of local red wine and sparkling water. Desserts: torrija and curd mouse. Serves: waitress. Professionalism and rigor. Save the restaurant from dismal failure. Description: CROQUETTES: little crispy and simple batter, too much béchamel, uninteresting flavor. Monkfish: on the menu it says that it is served with saffron sauce. However, they bring it out oily with poor quality oil and a few hints of parsley. CARRILLERA: juicy meat in an unsuccessful wine sauce. Nothing special. WINES and WATER: suitable for the price TORRIJA: low quality bread made torrija. Good flavor but the texture and flavor characteristics are lousy for the price. CURD: burnt and with a chemical taste. To throw. During the meal I warn the waitress that the monkfish comes with a different sauce than the one described on the menu, without saffron. He offers me a change of plate.
