in relation to the typical but important criteria of assessment; price, service and quality. good, nozomi just stays better and better. professional courtesies of the owners, attention to the customer service of the employees; fran especially the development of food, especially the choice and fusion elements to the latest nigiri supplements seem all effortlessly moving this very special restaurant ever forward. gratitude.

since I was in japan several times, it is hard not to compare, and I must say nozomi does something really good sushi. it differs from what I had before, but it feels authentic. exciting taste combinations, great lists of weeping, and the inner is stunning. the dishes are also very pretty. usuzukuri, tempura, nigiri. it looks beautiful and carefully together. I also enjoyed the open kitchen, very inspiring to see the cook do what they know so well. I'll be right back when I'm in town.

it was a great evening in nozomi. I recommend booking a table. the service was incredible, the waiter mikael had some good tips what we could order. eating was just astonished. if they are looking for large plates, they are at the wrong place. but the quality is just wonderful.

Probably our first kind of more fancy tasting menu. Staff was very attentive, especially the one who is responsible for it there, others were kind of less experienced but still good service. I liked the most squid/shrimp sashimi and couple nigiris bonito, salmon. On the other side, tuna sashimi and shrimp tempura kind of missed the spot it was just ok. Overall good experience.

High quality Japanese cuisine, great service, but would expect more variation on the set menú with that price.

Whoever thinks this is a good sushi restaurant must be out of their minds! Let me be honest, the place looks amazing and since I first saw it I always wanted to come eat here. The prices were on the high side but I was expecting this, after all this is a fancy restaurant, ah the service was also very professional so that's good. HOWEVER, I was really dissapointed after I saw those tiny tiny sushi pieces for €16 per 8 pieces. If you order the more expensive ones, which got 10 pieces, you actually get the same 8 pieces but cut thinner : So I was hoping it's gonna taste really good then, because how come otherwise the cost so high? Honestly I had WAY better sushi in Lithuania, Portugal, Germany for prices ranging €5 to €10 with twice larger sushi pieces. They added literally a droplet of wasabi (and yeah its not the real wasabi, just the wasabi paste . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Although we didn't try any desserts didn't want to get even more dissapointed : (the sushi in the picture cost over €30
