"If you enter this probably completely new Asia snack, which was obviously a sales space of a meat shop, you need to see that there are stages. We'll get them down and the boss from the kitchen will come to us. The store is pretty tight and looks fucking cool, definitely pleasant for a hot summer day. The wall tiles are probably still from the previous store. Everything goes into the small room. On the left side are sales strips with cashier and beverage stand and the kitchen, on the right side are a few dark wooden tables with chairs. A bench seat is attached to the wall, but it is not really possible to use it, since the seating surfaces are almost at the height of the table tops. Since we were really hungry, we immediately accepted the offer to read about the counter in sight. There are the usual dishes and so we both decided for the 13, roasted noodles with crispy baked duck and sauce sweet and sour. We took place on the dark, clean chairs and hung up the things that would come. The tables were also very clean and it stood as we knew, soy sauces, a sweet chill sauce and a red sharp sauce on the table. A few minutes wait time later and the toes of fat in the frit let us “Herrn” that the duck was freshly baked in the fat. At the table we both served our food with a smile. The noodles were pretty dark and didn't taste really good. Unfortunately, I could not see whether this is due to the use of black sesame oil or soldering in old fat. The duck had the industrial panel and of it really plentiful, but on the other hand was really crispy, as promised in the card. Then came the new, the sweet-saure sauce. The first tasting attempt made me stubborn and I looked at my treasure. She just tried. We saw each other wonder and wanted to know if we really taste what we taste or if there were anyone who plays a prank. The main aroma of the sweet-saure sauce was obviously applemus. I hadn't experienced that yet. She tasted kind of like a mixture of the mus and such a typical sweet-saure sauce. Unfortunately, there were no Röstzwiebeln. I was just hungry and didn't want to ask. We both mixed the sauce with the noodles so that everyone on his plate (which were quite by the way), and so the sauce tasted enough of the noodles. Although there is only one snack, I can really not give more than 2 stars here, although I really found the sweet-acid apple sauce as an idea and interesting. Now I just need to find out what apple and Asian cuisine have to do with each other."
