"If you are reading this, please do not support this company. They are heartless, uncompassionate, rude, and thieves. I had booked a surprise birthday party for my wife on the River Queen, paid a large deposit, and then found out over a month before the party that my wife was pregnant. I called to explain that due to her difficult first trimester symptoms, being on a boat was not a good idea. However, I was rudely told that they do not offer refunds and then hung up on. The entire staff, including the manager and owners, were disgustingly rude and only cared about making money rather than keeping customers happy. I urge anyone considering working with this company to beware, as they are ruthless and unaccommodating. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with them on what should be a fun and memorable day. There are plenty of other places with better employees and owners, so do yourself a favor and save your money. Avoid this place at all costs."
