"randomly we went along the stone road and discovered this small house right at the city park. a look at the speerhead was curious about us because what to read was really interesting. is there an absolute secret tip in buchholz, which we have not yet come? the entrance is towards the park side. outside there is approx. 24 seats directly on the city park lake, with beautiful weather will definitely stay really brilliant, but today it was only too cold and windy, so we went in. inside it is really cozy at the first sight. there are 3 4 tabs and 2 tabs. it's very small here. we were here at 18.00 a.m. and in everything was free, there was no greeting, so we just looked for a table and took one of the two tables on the window to enjoy a beautiful view of the park during the waiting period. as we have experienced, there is the remise for a long time, for 5 years under the lead of the current chefin and since the last winter the new concept runs with the Mediterranean cuisine. After a little moment we then greeted the young service, put the “Arties cards” on the table and asked for our drink request. then we ordered the montepulciano d ́Abruzzo and a bottle of water. while we waited for the drinks, we studied the map. this was a din a4 side with wooden clips attached to a board. it was approx. 12-15 dishes on the map, in addition there were some dishes on the numerous plaques that were placed or suspended inside and outside. well we thought, rather less choice, but freshly prepared dishes. in the meantime, the service arrived to ignite the candle on the table and an instant later she brought us the weed and one because later the bottled water. I write here extra that she brought us this and did not serve us because she was very friendly, but completely unprofessional that went through until the final, but later a tasting. during the waiting period we had enough time to look at the spatialities. the table runner was dirty, you had exchanged. the walls urgently need a new color, over which the wall is already very dark and on all candle holders it is bad black from the soot of the candles. I don't know if that's what you want, but it's not nice for me personally. on the deck they can decorate between the beams it beautiful Mediterranean. the greeting sign almost disassembles whether this is symbolic? the chairs and tables could use a care program. as pale we then ordered • garlic buds in tomato sauce with Mediterranean kartomas – the word garlic can be wiped off from the card, I have absolutely no taste. either “bone blue onions” were used here or the garlic was absolutely taste-neutral. the gambs were unfortunately fried a little bit overn point, the kartoffels were okay and the tomato sauce prepared with enough tomato pieces was also quite good. • tapas teller – the tapas consisted of olive, Mediterranean kartoffeln, pierementos, cheese, chopballs, Mediterranean fish vegetables and pulpe. the potatoes and olives were in order, the cheese was very tasteless, the pulpe were unfortunately too long roasted, the piementos were in order. the Mediterranean fishy vegetables consisted of mud, crumb and sweet. tasteful, here something was missing. The copballs were best, which had a slight sharpness and very good taste. after that we wanted to take another dessert, but the fine one had to ask what is in the kitchen and so was the choice between vanilleeis with strawberry or red grütze with vanilla sauce. so medium-sized doesn't sound like that. So I ordered the red hat. self-made it does not seem to have been for me, it tasted both like the end of aldi. If I could also eat at home, then I have the tasty of christiansgrod and ravensberger vanille sauce. we ordered 2 espresso that were really good. Conclusion: I found it really bad to get the restaurant through the location and also the building the right potential a secret tip in book wood, also with the concept, but in the conversion it is clear. the menu is small, but if they focus professionally on eating, this is enough. I would classify the kitchen performance in the hobby area, it seems to me that there is no learned cook. I also miss eating and dessert that complete the whole thing. the idea with the panels on the walls I find great, but the walls should be deleted, so it looks as desired, but not skillful. the complete personal does not work professionally. the young lady who served us the evening was always friendly, but not learned this work, the menu is simply there, a recommendation is not pronounced, it is put the bottle on the table and the glasses are not filled, and if she has cleaning also difficult to embrace the crook, she felt that she had to help her clean up, she has not taken care of us young and she has not to help us young. would have liked to have ordered another wein, but once she was gone again and again, you had no chance. to eat I forgive 2.5 stars, because it is lacking the raffiness of the kitchen. for the service I forgive 3 stars for which she was kind. I evaluate the environment with only 2 stars, because for me personally the walls are absolutely nothing, the exterior furniture is absolutely necessary for a comprehensive care. cleanliness is also rated with 3 stars, as here the table runners should be replaced when these are dirty. the price is also to be assessed with 2.5 stars, although prices are not extraordinarily high, but I have eaten better for the same money in bookwood. if the concept is properly implemented, a really nice restaurant can develop here, so it is only indirect."
