"As someone who frequently dines out, I’ve realized the importance of having a strategy to manage my weight. Fortunately, I live right next to Alexandra Park, a green haven amidst the urban landscape of Edgeley. The park features three reservoirs, often lined with fishermen enjoying their time by the water. It's also equipped with free and accessible tennis, basketball, and football courts available to the public around the clock. To the north of the park, you'll find the popular Edgeley crown green bowls pitches, which attract an older crowd, while tai chi classes draw participants of all ages every morning. This park really is an ideal spot for an early morning jog or a place to walk your dog (it's remarkable how everyone seems to be acquainted!). I often head there in the mornings to shoot some hoops, weather permitting. Plus, there's a huge playground, making it perfect for families with children!"
